Heritage breeds produce more than just meat, they produce milk for great cheeses too! We are excited to launch a new Artisan Cheese Series where we spotlight different small batch cheeses every few weeks! On a recent tour we visited numerous dairies — many of which we met through our work with the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund — all of which will be featured on our site soon.
